Advice on Tapeworm

#tapeworm is a parasite that is common in both cats and dogs.  #didyouknow that tapeworm can be transmitted by fleas?  Regularly treating against fleas can reduce the risk of your pet getting #tapeworm.

Cats that hunt are at a higher risk but both #dogs and #cats can become infected from the other untreated animals as tapeworm segments are excreted in faeces.

It’s not always obvious that a pet has #tapeworm.  They may be irritated as they #poop and spend more cleaning themselves around their bottoms.

The best way to keep #tapeworm at bay, is to treat your pet regularly.
