Take Control in 2022!

January 4, 2022

Welcome to 2022!

A wise human once said

“grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference”.

It might feel that there’s a lot in life that you can’t control these days BUT there is one area where you can and that’s the management of your pet’s health.

At Rowan, we are great believers in #preventativepethealthcare and we’re here to help and support you with it.  In January we want to signpost pet owners to ways in which you can plan and budget for your pet’s healthcare needs.

Important reasons to manage your pet’s health care needs

There are times when you won’t be able to predict when your pet will need veterinary treatment so #beprepared!  There are diseases and parasites that we do know about that cause diseases and illness, ones they can be protected from.  Prevention is better than cure and, these cases, usually MUCH cheaper too!

Rowan Recommends

  • Getting your pet insured – to plan for the unpredictable (illness, accidents)
  • Joining Rowan’s Pet Health Club – to plan for the predictable (fleas, worms, vaccination)
  • Taking advantage of FREE veterinary health clinics; weight management, neutering, senior cat clinics etc

To help you understand more about these recommendations, stay tuned throughout January.  We will walk you through how each recommendation helps you to budget and plan for your pet’s healthcare needs.

For advice on any aspect of your pet’s health, you can access our FACTSHEETS or you can contact the client care team on PetsApp or by calling 01772 639800 OR 01253 766352.
