I have been at Rowan Vets since July 2018 and started on reception. In December 2020, I began my new role as Client Account Manager, looking after insurance claims and payments as well as other account queries and balances. I now also help with the running of our new Pet Health Club.

I have worked in the veterinary world for over 11 years and have been in several roles; Student Nurse, Registered Nurse, Receptionist, Senior Receptionist, and Reception Manager. I cannot imagine working in another industry as I love working around animals.

I used to live in the Lake District with my parents, and have three cats that stayed there – I hand-reared them with my mum, which was one of my favourite memories. At my home in Preston, I live with my partner and we have a cat named Flynn who I re-homed after he was brought to Rowan Vets shortly after I started!
