*NB: Vidivet is a triage service that allows you to ask questions about your pet’s health anytime, day or night. Your questions will always receive a video response. You can ask your question using text or video and upload pictures if necessary. Any advice given will be provided to us, Rowan Vets, and attached to your pet’s record so if you need to follow up with an appointment or medication, the information is available to our vets too! What’s even better is that you can access the advice over and over again in the app.
