It’s been an interesting couple of years for the practice. We’ve had to learn new ways of working and our workload has increased massively. Pet ownership has increased by 60% nationally which means the demand for our services has increased whilst trying to manage staff absences due to COVID 19.
Our clients have been AMAZING!! We wanted to thank all those who were patient with us while we ensured we worked as safely as possible to protect both the team and our clients.
We are pleased to say that we are seeing some light at the end of the tunnel and are very excited to introduce you to some lovely new staff to add to our already experienced and long-standing TEAM.

We’ve also said goodbye to two, long-standing members of the team who have moved on to pastures new. We wanted to wish both Kelly and Lotti all the very best in their new ventures and to say a big THANK YOU for all their hard work and contribution to Rowan over the years, particularly during COVID.
