Feline fine – caring for our senior cats.

As our feline friends get older they can begin to experience health issues that are not always obvious to owners. Diseases such as arthritis and kidney disease can silently develop and unless you know what to look for, it’s unlikely your cat will get the medical support they need.
To help owners monitor their cat’s health we have developed senior cat clinics. Aimed at cats 7 years and over, the clinics offer owners practical help and advice to support and monitor their cat’s health as they get older. The clinic is run by our very experienced RVN and head nurse, Hayley. Our elderly cats receive a full physical examination, urine test and blood pressure check. Hayley will ask lots of questions about your cat’s behaviour, feeding and drinking habits as well as their home environment. Hayley is our very own #catguru and can offer advice and support on many other aspects of elderly cat care.
