Hello.  My name is Caroline and I have worked at Rowan since 2023.  I have previously worked in care and retail, using my customer service skills in the reception role.  I continue to learn new skills and have gained a BVRA Silver Award.  This has allowed me to develop within the role to help make the client experience better.
